Ryanair will search for pilots among AEROTEC’s students

Ryanair bets big on young pilot cadets and flight academies
Ryanair airlines will visit AEROTEC facilities in Madrid on the 27th of September in order to show their Sponsored Cadet Programme among our students that are about to obtain their ATPL license.
Said programme is aimed at recently qualified and low hour pilots, and it aspires to benefit both employee and employer alike: In one hand, Ryanair is searching for young pilots that would want to work in their company, and in the other hand, they will also provide guidance and counseling to our students regarding which is the professional profile most wanted in the market right now.
That will be, in short, a meet up that will be of great interest for all those who wish to start their first steps in the world of commercial aviation. This is yet another proof that on a high-pilot demand environment, companies are willing to take the first step.
