AEROTEC teacher Mr. Jose Luis de Augusto, awarded with the medal of Andalusia

Jose Luis de Augusto, aeronautic engineer and teacher of engines and flight basis at AEROTEC Seville, ha been awarded with the medal of Andalusia of this year 2018

Jose Luis de Augusto was also one of the two survivors of the ill-fated Airbus A400M accident

Here at AEROTEC pilot school we have always strive to work with the best people from their respective fields in order to have the best teachers and instructors available for our students. That’s why we are glad to see official recognition for our colleagues and collaborators.

And today we’re celebrating, for Jose Luis de Augusto, aeronautic engineer and professor of engines and flight basics at AEROTEC Seville, has been awarded with the medal of Andalusia. There are many reasons for this award, chiefly among them, Jose Luis won the Archimedes price of engineering due to his work at global air routes calculations, which allowed for safer, more fuel-efficient flights.

And last, but not least, Jose Luis is a survivor, an example of human courage, for he was one of the two survivors of the Airbus A400M accident, an accident that left him paralyzed down his waist, but that didn’t prevent him from continue his professional career and classes at AEROTEC. It is an honor for us to work with such an incredible people.
